RIBS AND HOISIN SAUCE REMIND ME OF GOOD TIMES


When we used to do our monthly jams,I would smoke ribs with this sauce concoction,it's been years,but it still works well.

Slow smoked ribs with hoisin and dried minced onion.Tonight we had asian noodles and corn ,caroot and asperagras for sides.My mom taught me how to cook,and her legacy lives on.


Our neighbor joined us for dinner,Irene loves her Jen,so it was a no brainer,she (Irene) jumped out of the fucking car window when she saw her on her porch when I returned from the store.She is crazy about her Jen.


Good puppy....
It was a nice night...
