Stuck at 180 with a smaller rack
Back in November, I posted that my weight was down to 175 pounds. I didn't realize our old scale was off by 5 pounds so I was actually at 180 pounds at that time. Today finds me still at 180 pounds, but I have been losing inches during this time. Lots of them. It's a mystery how I can lose so many inches and still be the same weight. I know people will say, "Muscle weighs more than fat," but I haven't gained any muscle that I can see. Instead, I've lost 4 bra sizes, 2 pants sizes and 1 shirt size. And why is it the weight always comes off the boobs first?
